Open Support Ticket

Step1

Enter BOXTradEx's Discord server and click on the support ticket channel

** If you can't see the support ticket channel, you can click the arrow icon on the right side of the upper left corner of BOXTradEx and click Show all channels.

Step2

Click to create ticket

Step3

Here the BOT will tell you your ticket number

Step4

Click on your ticket number, here you can submit your question, and attach the UID, we will assist you to deal with the problem as soon as possible.

Step5

When your problem is solved, you can click Close to close the ticket.

Step6

Then click the red Close
