  • What should I do if my 2FA is lost? Regarding your issue, please send email to our support cs@plusblocks.io with your ID photo and selfie with ID photo.

  • Cannot receive SMS number Hello, it may be that the country/region/third party does not support and other reasons prevent you from receiving SMS. We recommend you to bind using email or WhatAPP. You can email your identification and mobile phone number to customer service cs@plusblocks.io to unbind your mobile phone number.

  • How to edit the profile name? If you have finished KYC, your full name will be shown on our APP. Currently, we don’t support to edit profile name.

  • I cannot screen recording my video in BOXTradEx. Please help to instruct me? You can go to settings and turn on screenshot feature first.

  • I keep getting an incorrect code warning in 2fa verification, can you help me on what to do? Please make sure that you’ve entered correct 2FA verifcation. If it’s still didn’t work kindly send email to our support cs@plusblocks.io including your ID photo and selfie with ID

  • My account has been frozen, I can’t trade and withdraw You need feedback our team question, cs@plusblocks.io is our official account

    Based on the information we query, your trading or withdrawal hit the AML system trigger and you need to check the email sent from our team.

  • I can't receiving the OTP email. Due to the problems of third-party services, some mailboxes are easy to block and delete OTP emails. We recommend you to use GMAIL and bind 2FA, this will reduce OTP related issues. If it still doesn't work, please take a screenshot and open a ticket on Discord. The administrator will handle it for you.

  • The difference between guild account and general account General accounts can be used for trading, using trading bot, buying and selling NFTs, joining guilds, and participating in various BOXTradEx bonus event (including bonuses, tournaments, free NFTs, etc..). Guild accounts allow you to form your own guild, recruit guild members, create guild events, rent out NFTs, and manage profit sharing and all wallets. Active guilds will also have priority for all tournament and whitelist events.

  • EMAIL is lost or the mobile phone number is changed, unable to log in Please provide the front and back photos of the ID card used for KYC and the photo of the ID card in hand. And send it to cs@plusblocks.io, describe your problem and provide the EMAIL you used for registration.
