Why my KYC is failed?
Please check
1.Full name input correctly, not short name
2.ID number input correctly, the ID number , not the document name. 3.No Blurry photo for front/back , and selfie + ID photo. 4.Listed countries / territories Belarus,Cuba,Crimea,Democratic,Republic of Congo,iran,Iraq,North Korea(DPRK),Sudan,Syria,Zimbabwe.
These countries cannot KYC due to local regulations
Why I don’t receive the verification email?
1.Please confirm that you have already pressed sending the code button
2.Please check your email that it is correct or not
3.Please check the email on the trash and spam folders 4.We recommend using GMAIL to register, other mailboxes such as: Yahoo mail, Hotmail may not receive the registration letter. 5.If you have done all of the above, but still haven’t received the email, please contact our customer service: cs@plusblocks.io or enter the Discord of BOXTradEx to open a ticket and ask the administrator for assistance.
What kinds of documents are accepted for KYC? Our eKYC supports passports, driving licenses, and identity cards.
How long does it take for manual KYC? Within 3 workding days, please wait!
What boxtradex can given withraw without kyc? Yes, you’re still able to withdraw without KYC with limited amount. We suggest all users to finish KYC to avoid money laundering and as an AML requirement.

There is a phone verification and KYC verification problem for those coming from Turkey? Yes, I already report to tech team, it seems like local telecom service block our SMS. I recommend to use email to register account and do verification
Please explain no need kyc for withdrawal yes or no? You‘ still able to do withdrawal without KYC, but we suggest you to finish KYC to avoid money laundry and as AML policy needed.
What are benefits for doing KYC? KYC is necessary to identify and confirm true identity of users, the purpose is to comply with regulatory rules and legal requirements. In additional, KYC is a necessary to protect the rights and interests of both parties and transaction. It also strengthens the security of the platform and assets. Also, after finishing KYC, your withdrawal limit would be 10BTC.
